We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager & CRM Admin to manage our client's digital presence and ensure smooth operations of our CRM systems.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager/CRM Admin will be responsible for managing our client's social media accounts, implementing email campaigns, maintaining a content calendar, and handling various CRM-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with both social media management and CRM systems (specifically Follow-up Boss), as well as a background in real estate. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

· Develop and implement a weekly content strategy tailored to the real estate industry.

· Create and schedule at least two posts per day across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

· Showcase current listings using property photos, videos, and branded content.

· Collaborate with the client to receive new assets and ensure timely content delivery.

CRM & Email Marketing:

· Monitor and organize incoming emails; manage the client's inbox daily.

· Ensure all leads/clients in the CRM are enrolled in the correct drip campaigns.

· Verify all automated messages are scheduled and functioning properly within the system.

· Maintain and manage calendar appointments and follow-ups through the CRM.

Administrative Support:

· Light admin tasks such as calendar management and follow-up reminders.

· Proactively stay ahead of tasks without needing constant direction.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in social media management and CRM administration (experience with Follow-up Boss is a plus).

· Experience working in real estate or a similar industry is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and drip campaigns.

· Ability to work independently without supervision and manage multiple tasks.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

· No time for training — must have prior experience in CRM management and social media.

Additional Skills:

· Basic graphic design skills (preferred, but not required).

· Knowledge of Skip Tracing for lead generation (preferred).

Job Details:

· Job Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

· Work Setup: 100% Remote

· Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php280.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
