Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote support for up to 20 hours per week. The main goal of this role is to free up our co-founders from day-to-day operational tasks so they can focus on higher-level strategy, growth, and client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and has strong communication skills.

About the Client: We are a premium personal training gym located in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. We specialise in results-based coaching for busy professionals who prioritise strength, longevity, and personalised support. Our mission is to provide exceptional, tailored coaching that helps our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage and update co-founders' schedules, including booking appointments, client sessions, and meetings.

● Client Communication and Follow-ups: Handle client inquiries, send follow-up emails, and ensure timely communication to maintain strong client relationships.

● Data Entry, Reporting, and CRM Updates: Maintain accurate client records, enter data, and generate reports using our CRM system (MindBody, transitioning to Moments).

● General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day admin tasks, including file management, email organisation, and documentation.

● Social Media Assistance: Support with scheduling and posting social media content to help maintain our online presence.

Required Experience:

● Proven administrative experience.

● Experience with scheduling and calendar management.

● Strong background in client communication and follow-up.

● Familiarity with data entry and CRM systems.

● Experience with specific systems like Team Builder, MindBody, Moments, or Rainmaker.

Nice to have experience:

● Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred but not essential.

● Experience with social media content scheduling platforms.

Required Traits:

● Reliable, organised, and proactive: You are able to work independently and anticipate needs.

● Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential for client and team communication.

● Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

● Resourceful: You can find solutions and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Required Software/Systems:

● Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).

● Familiarity with fitness industryCRM systems (e.g., MindBody, Momence).

● Proficiency in calendar management tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
