Position: Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: Remote
Engagement: Full-time
- Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and articulate Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in cold calling and client engagement. The ideal candidate will manage both inbound and outbound communications, support lead generation efforts, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using structured scripts and tailored messaging
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and escalate as appropriate
- Present company offerings professionally and persuasively
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Assist with follow-ups, email correspondence, and basic administrative duties
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral and professional accent
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in virtual assistant or remote sales roles
- Exposure to industries such as technology, healthcare, or outsourcing
- Capability to adapt or enhance call scripts based on audience feedback
Shift Time – 9 AM to 5.30 PM Australian time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
