We're looking for a Virtual Fitness Coordinator to join our remote team This role is ideal for someone who's fitness-trained, passionate about wellness, and experienced in creating customized workout programs. You'll support fitness professionals or clients by designing training plans, coordinating schedules, and managing virtual fitness activities—all from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create personalized fitness programs based on client goals, fitness level, and available equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual training sessions and client check-ins
  • Assist with progress tracking, reporting, and client updates through CRM or fitness platforms
  • Prepare digital fitness materials (program sheets, routines, and client guides)
  • Manage client communication—emails, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Stay updated on new fitness trends, online workout tools, and virtual coaching best practices
  • Provide administrative support for trainers or fitness clients (calendar management, documentation, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Experience creating structured fitness programs or workout plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy: able to use Google Workspace, CRM systems, or fitness apps
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience as Online Fitness Coach is a plus
