About the Role:

We are a growing real estate/investment business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. This role is part-time but will grow into full time within the next 6 months. This role is focused on lead follow-ups, client and partner communication, marketing, social media, property listing support, and real estate event coordination.

Responsibilities:

Communication & Marketing:

  • Communicate & follow up with clients and leads via email, text, and social media
  • Manage CRM entries and update lead information
  • Create and post social media content (celebrating listings, under contract, closings, etc.). Engage with audience to drive business.
  • Some light website editing/design to post additional content and/or adjust existing content.

Real Estate:

  • Search through real estate listings to find and assess investment fit based on provided criteria
  • Compile listing information into a "hot sheet" or Google Sheet for easy investment comparison
  • Assist with basic property creation, listing and inquiries for properties for sale or rent
  • Conduct online research (property details, market comparisons, etc.)

Coordination:

  • Help schedule and coordinate any upcoming events (conferences, meetups, etc.)
  • Perform other admin tasks as needed to support real estate transactions and marketing
  • Coordinate miscellanous vendors, lockbox and sign installation/removal, etc.

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Minor EA tasks to be provided by leadership team to include event/travel scheduling, email responding, task management/assistance, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous VA, real estate, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
  • Must be a Self-Starter and able to be flexible, adaptable and reliable

Hours & Pay:

  • Part-time: ~ 20-30 hours per week (flexible, quick growth potential, US Eastern Time business hours preferred)
  • Pay: $600–$700/month (depending on experience & hours)
