Position: Workday Admin / Integrations Specialist
Company Industry: Consulting Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: PHP 80,000–120,000 (depending on experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (4x onsite 1x WFH)
JOB DETAILS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year and above of experience in Workday integrations and HRIS systems
- With experiencei in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system reliability
