Role Description

This is a contract role for a Workday Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The role is hybrid, located in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as compensation planning, job evaluation, compensation management, and developing compensation structures. Additional tasks include analytical duties related to compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Compensation Planning, Compensation Management, and Compensation Structures
  • Proficiency in Job Evaluation methodologies
  • Strong Analytical Skills related to compensation data analysis
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Workday Compensation modules is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
