Workday Integrations Specialist

Salary range: 120,000

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build & maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, APIs, Core Connectors, Studio)
  • Manage system interfaces and ecosystems with tools like Power BI, ADP, Qualtrics, PECI, Okta, Coursera & more
  • Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize performance
  • Support dashboards, reporting, and functional HR modules (HCM, Absence, Recruitment)
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with data privacy standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, HR Tech or related field
  • 3+ years in HRIS/People Tech roles with Workday integration experience
  • Strong skills in Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills

Must have:

  • Workday Integrations Certification
  • Experience with global HR systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA
  • Project management skills (PMP, Agile)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
