About the Role

We are hiring a
Package Consultant – Workday HCM & Compensation
for a long-term project with a global consulting organization. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise across Workday Core HCM and Compensation, supporting configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, support, and manage
    Workday Core HCM & Compensation
    modules.
  • Work with business users to design scalable solutions and enhancements.
  • Manage requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with global teams for resolutions.
  • Ensure Workday configuration aligns with internal controls and HR compliance standards.
  • Create documentation and provide advisory support on Workday best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on expertise in
    Workday HCM & Compensation
    .
  • Experience in configuration, end-to-end implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a mid-shift, hybrid setup.
