Workday Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator)

Location: Quezon City, Manila

Shift: Midshift 1 PM - 10 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day tasks:

  • Case Management in Salesforce (ticketing system)

  • Project and process involvement
  • Partnering with stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting and identifying what causes the issue in the process.
  • Create recommendations regarding concerns related to Workday.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Non-negotiable: At least 3 years of experience in Workday Configuration (HCM, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, etc.)

  • Nice to haves:

  • Time and Module experience is an advantage

  • Strong Administrative experience.
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Must have good communication skills.
