Job Description

The Workday Analyst is a key support role responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of core foundational data elements and security assignments within our Workday platform. You will execute approved changes and fulfill user requests across our Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Financial Management, and Adaptive Planning.

Salary: PHP 90,000 to PHP 120,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Workday administration, HRIS, or support role
• Working knowledge of Workday's Configurable Security framework, including role-based and user-based security models
• Experience with the maintenance of Workday Core HCM foundational structures, such as Supervisory Organizations
• Proficiency with Workday's administrative tools, including Report Writer and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with or knowledge of the core data structures within Workday HCM, Financial Management, and/or Workday Adaptive Planning
• Experience supporting internal or external audits (e.g., SOX) within a Workday environment

Your Daily Tasks

Core Data Maintenance

• Support the maintenance of Workday's foundational data elements by processing approved changes to Supervisory Organizations, Companies, Cost Centers, Departments, and Locations
• Validate and execute requests for organizational structure updates and other core data changes, ensuring adherence to established procedures
• Perform mass data uploads of foundational data using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Work with HR and Finance teams to execute approved organizational changes in the system in a timely manner

Security Administration

• Administer the Workday security framework by maintaining role-based, user-based, and custom security groups based on approved requests
• Assist in the configuration and testing of Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies as directed by senior team members
• Manage user access requests, including provisioning and de-provisioning of roles, ensuring changes are documented and audited
• Provide first-level support for troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed

System Support & Auditing

• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support day-to-day Workday security and data maintenance tasks
• Perform regular system audits of core data and security assignments to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
• Assist with testing new security features and functionality as part of Workday's bi-annual release process
• Maintain documentation for core data structures, security roles, and administrative processes
• Create and run standard and ad-hoc reports to support audits of security assignments and core data structures
