Position: Workday Integrations Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PHP 80,000–120,000 (depending on experience)

Work Set Up: Hybrid (4x onsite 1x WFH)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday integrations and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system reliability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Manage interfaces with LMS, analytics platforms, survey tools, and identity management systems
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
