We are looking for a Workday / ServiceNow Consultant who will serve as a functional and technical SME across multiple HR systems. The role involves configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications, focusing on Workday (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time, Security, Integrations) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Suite. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate workflows, and provide end-to-end system support while applying Agile/DevOps practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for Workday modules (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Integration, Security, Data Conversion).
  • Support full software development lifecycle including deployment, configuration, customization, and integration of enterprise solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Workday custom reports, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, Workday Studio, Web Services.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules (case/knowledge management, portal, widgets, automations).
  • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable system solutions.
  • Provide daily operational support by troubleshooting incidents, monitoring interfaces/data loads, and resolving performance issues.
  • Collaborate in Agile/DevOps teams (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) with strong change management focus.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and support materials.
  • Ensure IP compliance, system security, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.

Qualifications (Must-Have)
  • 3+ years' experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, Data Conversion.
  • Hands-on with Workday reporting & integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD (case management, system administration, portal configuration, REST/SOAP integrations).
  • Scripting/low-code automation skills.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Agile methodologies experience (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
