Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing or production industries.
  • Training in Food Safety, GMP, or HACCP compliance is an advantage.
  • Workplace safety and food industry compliance standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for plant and office employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards, food safety, and occupational health regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, OSHA, DOLE standards).
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related data.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
  • Collaborate with management to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to HR and food safety.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork within the plant.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
