Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for HR Supervisor to join our HR Team based in Quezon City.

The Human Resource Supervisor main duty is to lead the HR Team in attending to the needs of all employees relative to their employment. Internally, this position acts as a channel between management and employee for relevant issues or concerns that affect the employee-employer relationship. Externally, the HR Supervisor represents the company and its employees in all dealings with government agencies, such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, etc.

Spearheading the Conduct of Employee Engagement Activities and arranging Trainings needed by personnel are also included in the tasks that need to be accomplished by this position.

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Supervise the HR Teams performance of administrative duties pertaining to employee records and dealings with government agencies
  • Manage employees timely monthly remittances of contributions and/or loan payments to SSS, HDMF and PHIC.
  • Ensure correct computation and timely remittance of monthly withholding Tax of employees to BIR
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Lead in HR policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Approve online job postings, shortlisting of candidates and scheduling of job interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions for tenured and new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Plan / organize employee engagement events such as team building, social gatherings, and the like

Our perfect match:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology or any related course.
  • At least three (3) years work experience in a Supervisory capacity in HR / Administrative role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and able to resolve simple employee concerns
  • Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google docs/sheets, ERP
