HR Supervisor (Generalist)
Reports to: Head of Finance
Location: Makati (Hybrid)
Job Summary
The HR Supervisor oversees end-to-end HR operations including payroll, recruitment, government compliance, employee benefits, and HR administration. This role ensures the smooth and compliant delivery of all HR functions for a small, growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll, adjustments, government contributions, and taxes.
Manage SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG enrollment, updates, remittances, and loan/benefit processing.
Handle HMO administration (enrollment, deletion, billing, claims).
Lead recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain 201 files, HR documents, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and validate data for payroll.
Support employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and engagement activities.
Manage offboarding: clearance, exit interviews, and final pay coordination.
Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
At least 2 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a small company or startup.
Strong knowledge in payroll, government statutory systems, and labor laws.
Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work independently.
