Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Political Science/Administration/Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping.
- Must have an understanding of existing and new labor laws and regulations as released by DOLE and related government agencies
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
- With above-average verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate time records for employees
- Track attendance and punctuality
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Process timecards and payroll data
- Assist in preparing reports on employee hours
- Address timekeeping inquiries from staff
- Collaborate with HR for audits and adjustments
