Human Resources Support Role

The goal of this role is to provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager in areas such as payroll administration, systems management, internal communications, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources platforms and be meticulous when handling data, issues, and reports.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in relevant systems
  • Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain HR documents and compliance reports in an organized manner
  • Respond to HR inquiries via various communication channels and offer light weekend support when needed
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager for further assistance
  • Draft job descriptions and manage postings on popular job boards
  • Coordinate candidate screening schedules with key stakeholders
  • Publish internal HR newsletters and updates to keep employees informed
  • Monitor performance review timelines and ensure timely completion
  • Support leadership events and contribute to HR planning initiatives
