About the role

Co Ban Kiat Hardware, Inc.' is seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist (ER) to join our growing team. This full-time position will be based in Manila City Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in supporting our industrial and employee relations initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Process attendance and timekeeping using HCMS and manual methods when needed
  • Handle adjustments for late DTRs and special cases like system errors
  • Summarize missing biometric logs and coordinate with department heads
  • Assign and manage leave plans and schedule changes in HCMS
  • Oversee timekeeping for agency billing submissions
  • Coordinate with FSCs, ASMs, and AMs on break times and branch schedules
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team for new employee timekeeping orientation
  • Collaborate with the ER Team for monthly reports on tardiness, missing logs, and COA filings
  • Communicate discrepancies between itinerary reports and biometric logs to department heads
  • Prepare monthly tardiness reports for issuance of suspension notices
  • Generate reports for disciplinary actions due to biometric or filing issues
  • Audit itinerary vs biometric logs and highlight inconsistencies
  • Summarize merchandiser attendance for incentive eligibility review with the CompBen Team
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, HR best practices, and Payroll
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex employee situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain detailed HR records and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
