About the Role:
As a payroll specialist, you will report to the director of payroll and billing and handle day-to-day data entry activities for payroll, billing, and backup human resources responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client requests, perform non-specialized payroll transactions, transact entries in 3rd party systems, prepare supporting attachments for billing, maintain Avionte order and assignment housekeeping, monitor and address work orders, research client escalations, confirm direct deposit setups.
- Provide sales administration support.
- Assist in data efforts for special projects, monitor and respond to emails.
- Maintain employee records, verify and activate employee records, monitor and address work orders, conduct internal audits and gaps analysis.
- Monitor and address work orders, set up timekeeping clocks, monitor secondary systems, escalate abnormalities, complete technical reviews, perform system housekeeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University graduate with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and Quickbooks.
- English fluency required; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
- 2-4 years of experience ideal.
- Access to sufficient computer equipment and internet access at office and home.
