Duties And Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT clients, understanding their unique technical hiring needs.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and technical leads.
- Collaborate with clients to create strategic hiring plans for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and other IT positions.
- Stay updated on IT trends, tools, and technologies to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche job boards.
- Conduct candidate assessments, focusing on technical competencies, culture fit, and career alignment.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles.
- Guide recruitment teams in understanding technical job descriptions and requirements.
- Provide mentorship and training on best practices in IT recruitment.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Present data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
- Address challenges such as skill shortages, client-candidate mismatches, and counteroffers.
