Recruitment Account Manager (with sales experience)

Role overview: You will support various clients and deliver end-to-end hiring for their dedicated offshore teams. Success means managing clients like accounts, advising on hiring strategy, persuading client stakeholders to move qualified candidates forward, and hitting fill targets with speed and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Own various client portfolios: facilitate calibration calls, run intakes, advise stakeholders, endorse strong applicants, and persuade decision-makers to move qualified candidates forward.
  • Monitor end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, interview, calibrate, negotiate, and hire—fast.
  • Hit the numbers: manage pipelines and report on funnel metrics to improve speed and quality.
What we're looking for
  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting (offshoring background is a strong plus).
  • Proven client management & sales skills—you move hiring managers from "maybe" to "let's hire."
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and spreadsheets.
