Job Objective

Global/US Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in the B2B lead generation space. This role will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals to support our expanding team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives).
  • Source candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and client success teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide daily, weekly recruitment reports and market updates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience recruiting for Sales roles, preferably in a B2B or lead generation company.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles such as SDRs, BDRs, AMs, and AEs (Local & Global).
  • Excellent sourcing skills with hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Ability to work in US business hours (mid or nightshift), and extended hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles at once.
Experience & Education
  • Background in recruiting for Salespeople for 3-5 years or more (Local & Global).
  • Experience hiring for tech or SaaS companies.
