Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate has a background in technical recruitment, strategic sourcing, volume recruitment, niche role recruitment, and/or stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific role requirements, skills gaps, and team needs.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for niche and technical positions.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to engage passive and active candidates.
- Conduct technical screens or coordinate with technical experts to ensure candidate qualifications align with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future niche roles.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring stakeholders.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with proven expertise in talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various roles from volume to niche roles.
- Experience in using sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
