We are looking for a strategic recruiter to identify and hire top talent for sales positions focused on the U.S. market. This is not a generic recruiting role—you will be responsible for sourcing mid- to senior-level business development professionals.

What you'll do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for Director/VP of Business Development and Account Manager roles targeting the U.S. market
  • Source candidates strategically through CRM databases, targeted job postings, and headhunting from a finite list of pre-identified U.S. companies known for strong talent.
  • Assess soft skills, ensuring candidates can communicate effectively, push back professionally, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Handle tricky or high-pressure scenarios with candidates, hiring managers or clients, providing solutions and maintaining a consultative approach while respecting business goals.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate progress tracking within the CRM.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements and recruitment strategies based on U.S. market realities.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales, business development, or highly regulated sectors.
  • Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and headhunting for senior roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations, handle objections, and push back when necessary while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong ability to understand nuances in candidate experience and client expectations to ensure the right fit.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices, compliance standards, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Comfortable working remotely and during U.S. hours (preferably West Coast alignment).
