Qubel Group is a growing HR consultancy and executive search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to deliver the best talent solutions.
Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Job Posting & Market Research: Draft and publish job descriptions, analyze recruitment trends, and refine sourcing strategies.
- Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist in client coordination, understanding hiring needs, and delivering quality candidates.
- Database & ATS Management: Keep records updated, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably not from a manpower agency.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, networking).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for recruitment and people.
