Talent Gateway is a fast-growing outsourcing agency based in Sydney, Australia. We help Australian businesses hire high-quality offshore staff in Admin, Marketing, Bookkeeping, and Construction roles.

We're looking for a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us connect with more Australian businesses. You'll be responsible for calling, qualifying, and booking appointments with decision-makers, the first and most important step in building new client relationships.

If you're an experienced appointment setter, cold caller, or lead generation specialist, this is your chance to work directly with the company founder, earn strong pay, and receive lifetime commissions for every client you help bring in. There is a view to transition this role into a full-time position as you grow and demonstrate consistent results.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to Australian businesses (scripts provided)
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for discovery calls
  • Follow up with warm prospects via phone and email.
  • Update all activities in our CRM or Google Sheets
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to refine scripts and strategy
  • Report weekly on call activity, meetings booked, and conversions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Rep, Appointment Setter, or Outbound Sales Rep
  • Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
  • Confident on the phone; able to build rapport, handle objections, and sound natural with Australian clients
  • Organized, self-driven, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Must be available during Australian business hours (with some flexibility)

Compensation

  • Base pay: ₱30,000/month (20 hours/week)
  • Uncapped lifetime commission: ₱5,000 per full-time client contract, paid monthly for the lifetime of each client (prorated for part-time roles)
  • Realistic earning potential: ₱70,000–₱120,000/month within 3–6 months
  • 100% remote – work from anywhere in the Philippines
