We're Hiring: Market Development Representative (MDR)

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative (MDR) to support our global sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, experience in lead generation, and familiarity with Salesforce tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience generating leads in a BPO or similar setup
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Background in sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
