JOB TITLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

What You'll Be Doing

As our hunter-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the

front lines of growth — uncovering new opportunities within our existing base of IT

resellers across New Zealand. Your role will be to:

  • Proactively engage with resellers to identify sales opportunities
  • Introduce them to new vendor brands or product lines they haven't purchased

before

  • Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to hand overqualified leads for

follow-up

  • Help drive awareness and uptake of our expanding vendor portfolio

in uncovering new business

  • A passion for tech and a proactive approach to sales with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
  • Experience in a sales or business development role is a bonus, but not essential
  • A team player with a growth mindset and a hunger to learn
