About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive revenue growth through strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers across target industries
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling to generate qualified leads
Set up discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and lead data
Follow up with inbound leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales/cold-calling or business development role
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Proficient with CRM platforms (preferably Close)
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
