Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, your main responsibility will be generating new cold leads – identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and helping drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads across various industries.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct calls, send emails, and connect with prospects through LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess client needs and determine whether they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and senior team members.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline updates.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
