About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our event-based marketing efforts. You will engage potential clients and invite them to virtual and in-person events, helping drive attendance and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
This role is fully remote and suitable for candidates based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Verify lead lists for accuracy and remove duplicates.
- Event Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to invite prospects to events.
- Prospect Qualification: Ensure leads match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Pre-Event Engagement: Communicate with registered attendees to confirm attendance.
- Event Support: Assist guests during events with login issues or questions.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Customer Experience (CX) technologies.
- Experience supporting virtual or in-person events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php291.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
