High level responsibilities include:· Servicing existing customers and cross-selling based on their needs· Make first interaction with potential customers to buy products creating an impact on consumers.· Sell the product by creating a "need" for customers highlighting the benefits of the products so customers can imagine what it feels like having our services.· Ensure orders are properly submitted with the right personal information of the customer, plan, and contract, and coordinate with different teams to resolve issues or requests that may arise in the beginning of the transaction.· An expert in all areas; call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales report, processes, and even outbound skills.We are offering temporary hybrid set-up during Community Quarantine for successful applicants with a stable internet connection >10Mbps speeds.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
