INBOUNT/OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job description
Tassway Outsourcing Inc. is based in Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga . Our Australian Client requires an enthusiastic, energetic & capable staffs.
Working Hours are from 6:30am – 3:30pm/5:30-2:30 (during DST). (NO GRAVEYARD SHIFT) Monday – Friday only (No Saturday or Sunday work) Join our fast growing team now & email your resume.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing end to end sales process: prospecting and managing accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
- Maintain quality customers relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and introduce new products to existing clients to achieve growth.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost company awareness
- Maintain high client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Maintain quality customer service at all times Qualifications:
- Must have excellent English communication and negotiation skills; highly confident, aggressive and self-oriented.
- College graduate is an advantage but not a MUST
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Has energetic and happy personality
- Willing to be trained
- Salary negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
