Lead Generation Associate – Telecommunications Account

Location: (Office-Based) Plaza Victoria Building, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Target Start Date: January 2026

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our Telecommunications account. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with prospective customers through outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within the telecommunications sector using online databases, directories, and social media platforms
  • Generate, qualify, and maintain high-quality leads aligned with campaign and client objectives
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to engage potential customers and set qualified appointments for the Sales team
  • Educate prospects about telecommunications products, solutions, and service offerings to create interest and value
  • Manage and update accurate lead data, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Track and report lead generation metrics, performance, and conversion outcomes
  • Support data enrichment initiatives and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support—experience with telecommunications accounts is a strong advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently handle outbound calls and prospect interactions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead management systems
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications services, business sales cycles, and B2B outreach processes
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Goal-driven and capable of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B telecommunications lead generation or sales campaigns
  • Knowledge of fiber, broadband, or enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Exposure to marketing automation or sales engagement platforms
