Job Title: Accounting Payroll Specialist

Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City

Availability: ASAP

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Payroll Specialist with a strong background in Australian, Philippine, or US accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for more than 50 employees, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for 50+ employees.
  • Manage payroll-related adjustments, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, journal entries, and financial statements.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy in payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and reporting requirements.
  • Support accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with clients to address payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.
  • Experience handling end-to-end payroll for 50+ employees (mandatory).
  • Applicants with or without Australian accounting experience are welcome to apply - as long as you have strong expertise in end-to-end payroll management and a solid accounting background.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
