Technical Support Representative (Entry Level)

Location: 3rd Floor, Plaza Victoria Building, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga

Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based | Day Shift | Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle support tickets, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for Odoo ERP users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Assist clients with system configurations, updates, and user access.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and product knowledge.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting.
  • Solid understanding of Odoo modules, database structure, and basic customization. (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Available to start immediately.
