AMCA Finefoods Inc. is looking for a dedicated and results-driven HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and support various Human Resources functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support day-to-day HR operations across all functional areas.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Organizational Development (OD) and Training initiatives to enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and standard HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Behavioral Science or related field.
  • With relevant work experience as an HR Supervisor.
  • With comprehensive exposure to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and OD & Training.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
