- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Help monitor attendance, leaves, and other timekeeping matters.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR concerns and updates.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or HR manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree any related field.
- With or without experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
