The HR Supervisor oversees daily operations and ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures. This role supervises HR staff, supports management in workforce planning and ensures compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related courses.
  • With two-year minimum working experienced as HR Supervisor from Corporate setup.
  • Experience in administering government and company mandated benefits and payroll.
  • Experience in handling Employee Concerns, grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee development, and facilitating company events
  • Team-player, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Solution-focused, goal-driven
  • Good in oral and written communication skills.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Quick-witted and organize person
  • A resident of Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo, Binangonan or nearby Rizal
  • Can start immediately
