We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws and Payroll, compensation and benefits. The HR Supervisor will lead HR staff, support managers, and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the HR team and provide guidance on daily HR operations.

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory benefits.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Monitor performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to management.

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.

  • Assist in payroll administration, leaves management, and benefits processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related software.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on compliance and employee engagement.

  • Willing to work on-site at Cainta, Rizal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
