About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join the Financial Controllership (FC) team. The candidate will get exposure in managing end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, monitoring department budgets, and reconciling costs. Reporting to Account Payable team lead, the successful candidate will also provide other administrative support to Finance function. This is a group level role based in Philippines.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process, including creation, tracking, and closure.
• Track and manage department budgets to facilitate effective cost reconciliation.
• Act as the key liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers, contributing to effective cost management and vendor relationships.
• Utilize spreadsheets and financial tools/software to track and manage budgets, expenses, and payments for the department.
• Perform any other duties and assist with other financial functions as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or relevant equivalent qualification, with 2–3 years of experience in finance and a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion is a plus).
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong time management skills, and adaptability to change.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
