Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workday Finance professional located in Metro Manila. The Workday Finance professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing Workday Financial Management modules, ensuring seamless financial processes, and supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of the organization. Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining financial systems, troubleshooting issues, providing end-user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Workday Financial Management experience and proficiency with Workday configuration and maintenance
  • Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting, providing End-User Support, and Financial Systems Optimization
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the technology services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
