Karofi Global, located in Vietnam, is one of Southeast Asia's largest OEM/ODM water purifier manufacturers, producing over 2 million water purifiers and 30 million filter cores annually. Our products cater to a global market, including countries such as Canada, the US, Mexico, the Middle East, and the EU. With a factory spanning more than 36,000 m2 in Hung Yen province, Northern Vietnam, Karofi Global boasts a dedicated R&D center, technical support center, and customer service center. Our modern production lines are managed under strict quality standards in all processes, ensuring high-quality outputs from inbound to outbound activities.

Role Description

  • Monitor and control daily expenses and income related to retail stores and local operations.
  • Collect, verify, and archive financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers).
  • Track payment schedules and ensure timely settlements with local partners and vendors.
  • Record and report all cash inflows and outflows in coordination with the Vietnam finance team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate cash flow reports to support financial decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
  • Support monthly financial closing and submit reports to headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance
  • Prior experience working in a cross-border or international environment is preferred.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
