Administrative Officer

JOB ROLES
- Oversee the administrative functions in the property management office including, but not limited to, office management, billing and collection, legal compliances, management of residents' online groups (e.g., Facebook, Viber, community applications), property housekeeping, and other admin roles
- Enforce collection strategies to ensure that the property has sufficient funds for its daily operations, upkeep, and enhancement
- Ensure that the property is well-kept and maintained by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance protocols
- Establish a healthy community relationship through enforcement of community development programs such as the creation of community development council and community events
- Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that property management services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably specializing in Management, Office Administration, or Finance
- With at least 1 year work experience as Administrative Officer or other equivalent positions from a residential property
- With at least 1 year exposure in the property management industry
- Must have considerable knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the Administrative Officer role in a residential property management setting
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned in properties located in Taguig City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Paranaque City and Quezon City
