cohesively with finance consultants, numerous lenders and relevant stakeholders

Delivering

comprehensive reports, loan processing, client onboarding and business support

ü 
Experienced

in operating various cloud CRM and other digital finance platforms

ü 
Implementing

streamline processes and can work flexible hours and adapt to business demand

Duties and Responsibilities:

o  
Business Support:
CRM management |Post settlement duties | Business Partner Management

o  
Customer Service Support:
Loan processing| Collect documents | Resolving issues and concerns

o  
Marketing Support:
Managing social media | Creating marketing collateral | Client Retention

o  
Administrative Support:
 Email management | Prepare audit files and compliance documents

Skills required:

ü Excellent finance broking operation, banking and finance skills (an advantage)

ü Ability to adapt to constantly changing technologies and business environment

ü Excellent in resolving critical matters with customers various stakeholders

ü Ability to stay focused in achieving targets while working independently and remotely
