We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our financial operations and ensure the smooth and accurate handling of financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports and statements
  • Help process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
  • Monitor and record daily financial transactions and expenses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on finance-related matters
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
