We are hiring a Sales Manager who thrives on generating leads, making connections, and closing deals. This is a hands-on position where you will be actively prospecting, cold calling, and running sales calls while leading a small sales team to ensure quotas are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update client interactions
  • Develop sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them to customers
  • Provide pipeline updates and performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing to maintain a flow of qualified leads

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with cold calling and closing deals
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving quotas
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as GoHighLevel or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience in marketing services, SaaS, E-commerce, or Crypto/Blockchain
