Olivia Virtual Staffing Solution is a fast-growing virtual staffing startup that partners with NDIS Providers across Australia to deliver cost-effective, high-performance offshore support. We are currently seeking a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth and client acquisition efforts.

About the Role:

As a Lead Generation, you will play a critical role in the top of funnel outreach, targeting businesses and decision-makers to introduce our VA solutions. Your primary objective will be to identify leads, nurture cold and warm prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for our client engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and compile target NDIS businesses and key contacts via LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
  • Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Craft and send personalized outreach messages to prospective clients using email and LinkedIn.
  • Appointment Setting: Follow up with leads and schedule qualified meetings for our Business Development Manager.
  • CRM Management: Track leads, update contact status, and ensure pipeline accuracy in our CRM system.
  • Marketing Drafts: Draft follow-up sequences, email campaigns, and engagement templates in alignment with brand voice.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Review campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or client outreach roles (VA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
  • Bonus: Experience working with or marketing to NDIS Providers or healthcare-related businesses in Australia.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
