Lead Generation Specialist

Job Title: Lead Gen Specialist
Schedule: 4 hours daily at (Tuesday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate qualified leads by reaching out via phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria before handing them off to the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and demos with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and results.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho) is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
